1. The traditional XY translation Stage can only achieve two-dimensional position adjustment. The XYR-axis platform of the 3-axis Motorized Stage adds R-axis (rotation Axis), which can simultaneously control "position (X/Y)" and "attitude (Angle)" in the same plane. Meet the scenarios where the workpiece needs to adjust its position and orientation simultaneously (such as Angle calibration during chip inspection and fine-tuning the attitude of optical components).
2. 3 Axis Motorized Stage can simultaneously or separately control the linear motion of the X and Y axes and the rotational motion of the R axis, which can meet the complex requirements of position and Angle adjustment.
3. 3 Axis Motorized Stage is generally equipped with high-precision transmission components such as guide rails and ball screws, and position feedback elements such as encoders can be installed to achieve high-precision position control. For instance, the XYR series of electric stages from Zhuoli Hanguang has an XY-axis resolution of up to 05μm and a repeat positioning accuracy of ≤±2μm.
4. 3 Axis Motorized Stage is usually standard-configured as a two-phase stepper motor, and five-phase stepper motors or servo motors can also be optionally equipped. Users can select the appropriate motor type based on specific application scenarios and precision requirements.
