This Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage, namely the Yaw and Pitch precision motorized gimbal stage, is a device used to precisely control the rotation of an object in both yaw and pitch Angle directions. The Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage is usually composed of two mutually perpendicular rotation axes, corresponding respectively to the rotation in the yaw and pitch directions. High-precision "V" groove and crossed roller bearings are adopted, which can provide extremely high repeatability and positional accuracy. The Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage is also equipped with a worm gear actuator with low backlash to ensure smoothness and accuracy during the rotation process.

WMD2P Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage refers to motorized gimbals, mounts, and customized size brackets. The Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage is driven by two PCS motors, so also named a 2 2-axis motorized gimbal stage and table, which can do 360° pitch and yaw rotation motions in X and Z two degrees of freedom space. Motorized gimbal stage is widely used to test the automotive sensors in riderless cars.

1. The Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage is equipped with high-precision servo motors and precision worm gears and worm gears, with an Angle repeatability accuracy of ±0.05°. It is suitable for scenarios that require extremely precise Angle adjustment (such as laser interferometer calibration, secondary mirror adjustment of astronomical telescopes). In the fiber coupling system, the Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage ensures the Angle matching between the laser beam and the end face of the fiber through sub-arcsecond-level adjustment, maximizing the energy transmission efficiency.

2. The Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage adopts a rigid structure design. Even in high-speed rotation or external vibration environments, it can still maintain Angle stability and avoid optical path offset or imaging blurring caused by vibration.

3. Through the accompanying control software (such as a PC-based motion control platform), any Angle sequence can be preset (such as continuous scanning from 0° to 360°, custom Angle stepping), and periodic Angle tests or optical property analyses can be automatically completed. In the calibration of the spectrometer, the Precision Motorized Gimbal Stage automatically rotates the mirror to scan the optical signals of different wavelengths and generate the complete spectral curve.
