Manual Rotating Stage

Manual Rotating Stage, abbreviated as Manual Turntable, is a precise positioning component that enables 360° continuous rotation along with micron/arc-second level fine adjustment. It is mainly used for angle calibration, polarisation adjustment, and sample orientation control in optical, microscopic, precision machinery, and scientific research experiments. It is suitable for scenarios such as super-resolution microscopy, laser optical paths, and machine tool fixture alignment.
Main material: Aluminium alloy (black anodised), lightweight, anti-reflective, high rigidity; heavy-duty models are available with stainless steel.
Bearings support: Thrust needle roller bearings / Crossed cylindrical roller rings, smooth rotation, no reverse movement, low vibration (≤0.03mm). Drive mode:

• Coarse adjustment: 360° manual continuous rotation, quick positioning;
• Fine adjustment: Micrometre/precision screw pair, ±3° to ±5° fine adjustment, graduation up to 10′ (0.167°).
• Locking mechanism: Side locking screws fix the rotation angle and prevent drift.

Installation interface:

• Work surface: M3/M4/M6 array holes, compatible with optical elements, tooling, and work platform;
• Center: SM1 (1.035″ - 40) threaded through hole, suitable for φ25.4mm standard optical elements;
• Bottom: M6 countersunk hole, can directly lock optical breadboard, translation stage or machine table surface.
• Integrated coarse and fine adjustment: 360° quick adjustment + ±5° fine adjustment, balancing efficiency and precision.
• High stability and low drift: Ball bearing + locking design, long-term positioning stability, suitable for the low drift requirements of super-resolution microscopy.
• Strong compatibility: Centre hole of SM1 + M series mounting holes, can be freely combined with the piezoelectric nano-platform, manual XY slide, and optical adapter.
• Optically friendly: Black anodised, low reflection, suitable for laser and fluorescence optical paths.
• Compact and lightweight: 30mm - 125mm tabletop, 0.4kg, suitable for microscopes with limited space.
